Sip Elevated: Chef-PREPARD COCKTAIL Mixer service

You bring the booze (or non-alcoholic spirit), we’ll bring the artisan mixers and garnishes to craft chef-driven cocktails. Choose two of our chef-curated cocktails:

  • Cucumber Basil Mule (host provides vodka)

  • Spiced Honey Old Fashioned (host provides bourbon)

  • Brown Sugar Paloma (host provides tequila)

  • Lavender Bee’s Knees (host provides gin)

  • Skinny Margarita (host provides tequila and optional triple sec)

Day-of, your chef will prepare a drink for each guest before the service and another mid-way through dinner.

Rental faqs

  • Upon booking your Happy Cooking service, you’ll see a section in the booking form for “Optional Add-ons”. This is where you’ll check the box next to the rentals you’d like to book.

    If you’ve already booked your service, you can update your forms by clicking on your booking link in your confirmation email and then “edit forms”.

  • No, our rentals are only available to Happy Cooking events.

  • We do not charge a delivery fee for silverware, plateware, tablecloth, water carafe and napkin rentals since we’re already traveling to you and can fit these things in one vehicle.

    We DO charge a delivery fee of $100 for table and chair rentals since we’ll need to arrange a second vehicle.

  • Your chef will bring a professional camera- Sony A7iii with a flash - to your event. Your chef will show you how to use it so you and your guests can capture quality photos. You’ll receive your unedited photos within 24-48 hours of your event.

  • We’ll send you the unedited photos you snapped within 24-48 hours of your event via WeTransfer. Feel free to tag @happycookingatx if you share them on social!

  • No, but we do have a “you break it, you buy it” policy. Accidents happen. Before finalizing your rental order, you’ll sign the rental contract which outlines responsibility for any damaged items.

  • Rentals can be added up until 3 days before your Happy Cooking event.

  • We offer two set-up options:

    1) For a $120 flat set-up fee, a Happy Cooking assistant will set up and breakdown your rentals including tables, chairs, and table settings.

    2) The host sets up and breaks down all rentals including tables, chairs and table settings. The chef will arrive one hour before your event start time with your rentals. We ask that all tear-down is complete no later than one hour after the meal is served so the chef can retrieve the items before leaving.

  • When you select this add-on, we’ll create a fully custom menu design to match your event theme and/or occasion. We’ll start by collecting more information via email about your event colors, name, theme, style, etc. We’ll then send 3 menu design options for you to choose from. Once you make your selection, we’ll print one menu per guest. Your Happy Cooking chef will bring the menu onsite and hand them to you when they arrive so you can use them for the table settings.

    This is a popular add-on for bach parties and birthday celebrations to make the guest of honor feel extra special!

  • With this add-on, your chef will bring an additional set of professional hands to help serve and bus your meal. A server provides an elevated touch and helps the meal service move more efficiently. This add-on is highly recommended for groups over 8 and is required for groups over 15.

  • Yep! We only provide the artisan mixer and garnishes. It’s up to you if you’d like to give the chef a non-alcoholic or an alcoholic spirit to finish off the drink.
